HgCdTe Ultra Fast Infrared Detection Module UHSM Series 3.0-12.0 μ m

Many applications require high temporal resolution or equivalent high-frequency bandwidth optical detection. For these applications, VIGO has developed a series of ultra high speed detection modules. It is necessary to apply special designs in electronics and mechanics. The system aims to support the propagation of high-speed signals by installing detectors on the casing as close as possible to the PCB board and input circuit. The manufacturing process requires the use of specific detectors to fine tune the circuit.
